Indigenous Wellness Coordinator Position Summary
Location: Hybrid (remote + Kent, WA 98032)
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Compensation: $27,000 – $30,000 DOE

Do you enjoy interacting directly with the community, coordinating events, and managing details? The Indigenous Wellness Coordinator supports the Indigenous Wellness Program by managing administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, handling data and communications, and assisting with program activities and events to ensure smooth daily operations. Primary duties include clerical work and coordination to enhance program effectiveness.

Operations and Development Manager (Part-time)
Operations and Development Manager Position Summary
Location: Hybrid (remote + weekly in-person meetings/events in King County)
Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Compensation: $35,000 – $45,000 DOE
Effective date: January 5, 2026
End date: December 31, 2026
Unkitawa is seeking a proactive and highly organized part-time Operations and Development Manager to strengthen our internal operations, fundraising systems, and organizational planning. This role supports the Executive Director and Finance Manager while serving as a key connector between leadership, funders, partners, and our team.
Responsibilities include financial tracking, grant development, donor stewardship, event coordination, and executive support. Knowledge of Indigenous communities and cultures strongly preferred.
